Gaspanic Bar Roppongi

Gaspanic is the most commonly recognized club-bar name among the foreign crowd. They are located all around Tokyo placed in the busiest areas where young crowds tend to hang out.
About Gaspanic Bar Roppongi I must say it is a mating ground. It is easily one of the most sexually arousing places for women and men. The message is clear, girls go to Gaspanic to mate. Picking up is fairly easy if you are a person that exhibits high sexual attractiveness, so physical appearance will weed off all sorts of social protocols and will get you action right away.
Sarging is possible but not comfortable on busy nights, since music is so loud, the place is so crowded and there is so much distraction that isolating a girl is either done with good skills or strong physical cohersion.
Since women exhibit so much erotic and sexual behavior, like showing off underwear, getting naked, approaching men and physical provocation, men tend to turn into beasts, and literally will fight over a woman with their fists. So fights are very common in this place so much that Iranis and Hindus are not allowed. However this place is pretty popular among US Marines that travel all the way from the Yokotsuka base in Kanagawa which is about 2 hours by train. Most of the fights are provoqued by US Marines fighting over a girl. About 2 weeks ago the manager of the club lost his 2 front teeth trying to stop a fight between a Marine and a Japanese guy. So the environment can be really heavy and wild as in National Geographic standards, the same way as lions and cheetahs fight over prey in the jungle.

Dubliners Shinjuku

Dubliners Shinjuku is what I call a warm up venue. It starts early in the evening and closes early right after the last train. It has a cozy atmosphere and good variety of draft beers, cocktails and snacks.

This is our review of Dubliners Shinjuku,
  • Size: Medium
  • Type of music: Music volume is so low that you can't tell
  • Volume level: Extremely Low
  • Illumination: Bright
  • Price: 600-900yen
  • Hours: Opens everyday, weekdays 6-11pm and weekends 6-1am.
  • Busiest day: Friday
  • Sarging level: Approaching is fairly easy
  • Crowd: Late 20's even mixture of foreign and japanese
Dubliners has a good mixed crowd, people gather mainly to chat and have a beer, sets are pretty open and receptive for cold approaching.

Its good for warm up if you plan to hit other places later during the night in Shinjuku. Opened sets can be bounced to nearby clubs or karaoke.

Latin Club Leon

Studio Leon is one of those places meant for bouncing and isolation. I personally prefer Salsa venues since its all about Kino. Salsa, if you know how to dance can make closing easier and smooth.
Studio Leon is a little bit hidden on the alleys of Shinjuku Sanchome, busy shopping district.

  • Size: Medium
  • Type of music: Latin
  • Volume level: High
  • Illumination: Medium
  • Price: 500-800yen
  • Hours: Opens everyday, weekdays 6-1am and weekends 6-5am.
  • Busiest day: Tuesday, Saturday
  • Sarging level: Easy
  • Crowd: Late 20's early 30' mostly japanese women.
The busiest day is during weekdays is Tuesday since there are salsa lessons in the evening, and after the lesson are finished all the students gather and stay until the last train.

Knowing how to dance salsa can assist you a lot during the sarge, since usually there aren't enough men who can dance.

About the Sarging Factors

The guide is mainly dedicated to assist you in Pick Up, therefore the factors analyzed are critical to the pick up success. And to be successful in Pick Up, environment is a key factor, only cannot operate if there is not complete understanding and control of the environment.

Elements such as Type of Music, Volume Level, Ilumination, Crowd, Size, Hours, etc. are critical and are what determines success and failure. All these variables are described in an easy to understand fashion that generalizes in a reasonable way the environment.

The Sarging Level is a relative factor, it is mainly based in the difficulty of opening and closing sets. And that level is highly dependent on the skill of the person, however it can be generalized since each place has their distinctive environment.

Please feel free to add any comments and post about your experiences in this places if you have.

Tokyo Night Life

Tokyo is probably one of the most exciting cities in the world. By day a busy metropolis with millions of people commuting, shopping and busy on their lifestyles and hobbies. On the other hand by night all the stores shut down and completely different world emerges, the Night World.
Bars, Clubs, Kabakura, Izakaya, Pubs, Shot Bars, Pool Bars, Standing Bars, etc.. Tokyo is full of excitement and there is a place for everyone.
This site is meant to be a guide to unveil the best places in Tokyo to spend the night. The main focus would be PUA, yes, Pick Up Arts.
Whatelse is the purpose of a man out late hours at night? Going out for a drink with friends is a noble one, but ultimately going out to clubs and bars is just a sophisticated behavior not much different from pack animals going out on a hunt for mating.
The environment is the key element, human ornamentation the instrument to carry out the task, the tools for the hunt. It is in the knowledge of the environment where one can engineer the best strategy for success.
This guide is meant to aid in outlining the best strategy and having ultimate control of the GAME.
